Trevi - Retractable Canopy Awning
At the intersection of three roads outside Rome, the Trevi Fountain marks the head of an ancient aquaduct. The Trevi has a certain mysticism surrounding its usefulness. The Trevi window awning is one of the most popular models at RetractableAwnings.com for the same reason: it unites pragmatic usefulness and a timeless, versatile style.
The Trevi model is a variation of the Pisa, echoing the same rounded rectangle profile and compact shape. The Trevi has an even more streamlined appearance. With only two ribs – the back bar and the front bar – there are no intervening stays to ruffle the smoothness of the fabric. The simplicity of the frame is almost a hybrid between the window canopy style of the Pisa and a side arm style awning like the Livorno.
Like the Pisa, Parthenon, and Colosseo, the Trevi window awning is manually operated by a simple cord pull and comes with a cord cleat to tie the cord down to the wall.
As is typical of canopy styles, the Trevi is strong. Its lightweight aluminum frame is rated for class 2 wind speeds and can handle light to moderate rain. The steeper pitch of the Trevi canopy awning makes it an excellent choice for interior shading. Additional options like screenprinting make the Trevi as natural a choice for commercial properties as it is for homes and apartments.
Important: Please note that the Trevi model is RETRACTABLE and not FIXED/PERMANENT/STATIONARY which is perfect for high winds, hurricanes and snow loads. With a fixed awning, you have to remove the fabric every year before snow begins to fall or before high winds and hurricanes. That is not the case with a RETRACTABLE Trevi awning.

Valance Styles For Canopy Awnings - Colosseo, Pisa, Parthenon and Trevi
Retractableawnings.com provides a choice of eight valance styles. Standard valance height is 6" for the Colosseo, Pisa, Parthenon and Trevi canopy awnings.

Retractable Awning Trim Colors
You have a choice of any 1 of 27 solution dyed acrylic braid binding (trim) colors. The binding is approximately ½" wide and is sewn with Tenara thread (lifetime warranty) onto the bottom of both sides of the valance. The binding (trim) takes the shape of the valance style selected. This trim is used on all valances on all retractable lateral arm awnings and retractable canopy awnings.

It is approximately 1/4" wide and is placed on the exterior of all our canopy awning models - Colosseo, Pisa, Parthenon and Trevi.
