The customer will be responsible for freight costs, i.e. for the original shipment and the return shipment if necessary. Retractableawnings.com will only accept product returns under the following terms and conditions:

. All returns must be approved by an officer of Retractableawnings.com in writing
  (letter or fax) or by e-mail.

. A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) will be assigned to the item being
  returned.

. The RGA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of each carton.

. Any returned items that are received without a RGA number clearly marked on
  the outside of the carton will NOT be accepted by our receiving department.
  Retractableawnings.com will return the goods to you. The cost of the return
  shipping to you will be at your expense.. The returned item must be in its
  original packaging.

. The item returned MUST be in perfect, saleable condition and "brand new" with
  no scratches, chips or dents.

. Customer must prove by sending digital pictures that the retractable awning
  from Retractableawnings.com was installed.

. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the handling of the Elegante or Mirage
  model or any individual components such as motors, wind sensors, remote
  controls, sun sensors, rain sensors, switches, timers etc. returned plus the cost
  of shipping. The Grande, Ferrara, Sleek, Colosseo, Pisa, Parthenon, Trevi and
  Parma models cannot be returned under any conditions.

. Credits will be issued by Retractableawnings.com after receiving and inspecting
  the returned product. Credit will be applied by the same payment method used
  for the original purchase. If paid by credit card, the credit card fee will be           deducted from the refund.

. Credits will be issued for product only NOT freight or local installation costs or
  any other costs (if applicable).

. The item must be returned prepaid to the address provided on the Return Goods
  Authorization. All returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured at 
  customer expense.

. No refund will be given after a credit card authorization number has been    received by the credit card company.
