For shipments outside the U.S.A. send an e-mail to us with your country name, city and postal code (if applicable) so that we can provide you with a shipping estimate. In addition, all shipments are shipped fully insured. We will need your home, business and cellular telephone numbers so Watkins Motor Lines can call you to advise when the awning(s) will be delivered. We will email you the PRO shipping (tracking) number, so you can check status on the internet of the shipment after it leaves our manufacturing plant. Shipping Damage...... What should you do?

Very few of our awnings are damaged by the shipping company due to our exclusive packaging. If for any reason, the box or boxes are damaged (dented or gouged) after inspecting all 6 sides of each box, at time of delivery please note this on the delivery paperwork. If there is visible damage to the awning (not the boxes), do NOT accept the awning, and advise the driver to return the awning to the local shipping terminal, and ask the local terminal to call RetractableAwnings.com at 305-628-2424 regarding the damage. You should also notify us via e-mail that you have refused the shipment because of damage. RetractableAwnings.com will NOT be held responsible if damage information is not written on the delivery paperwork (bill of lading).

Please note that when opening the boxes do NOT cut the box with a knife as it may cut the fabric and or make a mark on the frame.
