Firenze Attached To Pergola Retractable Patio Cover System

In just one glance, the Firenze stands out. The soft, draping folds of fabric bring an Italianate gracefulness to a simple outdoor space, while drop screens create a feeling of outdoorsy privacy.

The Firenze is a patio cover that is a sleek blend of an awning (flat, sloped, and classic) and a roman fold shade. It has a structured, aluminum frame using patented belt driven technology allowing for very large widths and projections.

The fabric at the top of the Firenze cover feeds through a series of "ribs" or windbreak support bars that hold the fabric in place. When the Firenze patio cover is fully extended, these supports keep that fabric taut. When the patio cover is closed, these ribs slowly and evenly bunch the fabric into folds, creating an elegant soft fold drapery that borders the space.

The Firenze has guides or tracks that are strategically located at each of the pergola or trellis cross members.

The versatility two-sided design and tactile lushness of the fabric are enough to make the Firenze a sensibly attractive choice for almost any outdoor space, but the size of the Firenze makes it even more appealing for large spaces because of its large size. It's just a big patio cover – a single patio cover panel of fabric can be 42 feet 8 inches wide, and up to 22 foot 11 inch projection. Multiple panels can be seamlessly butted together for unlimited with coverage.
